New Year, New Start (Yes we know it's August)

Although it is by no means a new year, we are a brand new committee and we are looking forward to the new and exciting things coming for MTS in the coming year. Now we’ve got the introductions out of the way (if you missed it, check that blog post out here), we’re ready to introduce this website properly. We will be using it throughout the year as a platform for us to talk to you, you to talk to us and you to talk to each other (this will make more sense in a minute we promise!).

You can expect updates on how your committee are getting on, details on upcoming opportunities and events, as well as information on all things MTS. You can also find a dedicated page for each of our recent past productions including Into the Woods, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and Friends: The Musical, not to mention many, many more. We will also be inviting productions throughout the coming year to use this platform as a place to advertise their shows and drum up a bit of excitement! Starting with out Main Term Show for the coming term, Bring It On. Keep your eyes peeled for more on this very soon!

As well as our social media accounts like Facebook and Twitter, you can use the Contact Us tab to drop us a message if you have any questions. There you can also subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest updates first. We have also set up an anonymous question forum (here) where you can ask us questions, nothing is too big or small!

So that's how we can talk to you and you can talk to us, so now for the bit where you can talk to each other. So last but by no means least, if any of you out there have something MTS-related that you want to write about; reviews of West End shows, Musical Theatre courses you’ve been on and loved (-or hated but please be polite) or general MTS chat… don't hesitate to let us know! Send a brief outline of what you want to write about (or a finished piece) to mts@su.rhul.ac.uk and we’ll get things going!
