November starts today, which means that No Shoes November has begun! Side note: how can it be November already? For those who haven’t heard about No Shoes November before, for the past few Novembers some of our members have gone without shoes and socks in order to raise money for charities that fight against poverty. This year our chosen charity is the same as last year – War On Want! They fight international poverty, and if you want to find out more about their work, please visit their website: http://www.waronwant.org/
If you want to take part, you are completely free to choose what days you would like to do. You can sign up on our Doodle poll just here: http://doodle.com/poll/zifmaqyyyiqxkc6y#table Make sure you put your first name and surname when you sign up, just so we can keep updated with your barefoot adventures! Also, for the first 30 people that sign up who have paid MTS membership, you will get given a FREE EXTREMELY FASHIONABLE T-SHIRT! Obviously if you are taking part, please go careful when you're walking outside, make sure you ease on down the road/pavement (preferably the pavement, do not walk on busy roads, I only said that to make the pun fit)! Keep everyone up to date on social media as well by using any of our fabulous hashtags - #nonikemelikey, #notrainersnobrainer, or (if you have the time to type this out) #noshoesnoshirtandIstillgetservicebutwearashirtcositsnotnoshirtNovember
We’ve set ourselves a target of £1000, but obviously we are happy with anything, as every little bit will help fight poverty, so please donate what you can to our JustGiving page:

Make sure you keep checking the No Shoes November Facebook event
(https://www.facebook.com/events/1585348301774956/) so you can see people’s updates on how their months are going, and we'll be posting some barefoot tips on how to make the month a little bit more bearable as well! Thank you so much for reading, and PLEASE DONATE
