*HUGE OPPORTUNITY*
We are electing a new Events Co-ordinator for the Spring Term. Below are the duties of MTS' Events Co-ordinator.
The Events Co-ordinator shall: - Be responsible for organising all social events. - Assist in the organisation of all Society events, including productions where necessary. - Liaise with the Treasurer at all times to ensure that social events do not overspend. - Be responsible, with the Publicity officer, for all marketing regarding social events. - Arrange at least one Union function night a year – this could include a launch party. - Arrange at least one Society social open to all members every term. - Engage and liaise with other societies to develop intersociety events. - Other duties as agreed by the committee.
If you wish to run for Events Co-ordinator for next term, please send in a 2min (max.) video of yourself to MTS@su.rhul.ac.uk illustrating: - Why you would be perfect for the role. - Creative socials/events that could come to fruition should you be successful. - How you would work alongside committee effectively. - Anything else appropriate to the job role.
We are not necessarily looking for the most experienced, rather those with commitment and passion not just to musical theatre but to our society and membership.
